Directions to Villa Lane, Camptonville, Ca

Take Hwy 49 out of Nevada City to Camptonville.

Go past the Gold Nugget Store and then just past Pendola Exit

look for Sleighville Creek Road on Rt. and stay right at all Y's

and you end up at a Y that says kipa Ct.

Go left here and look for a blue gate that is open and has a

lot of pink flags. This is the north property line for

both 9 ac lots. Just past the gate is my sign.

The 9.13 ac lot has a great view, so go left here at the sign and walk in

and see the big bldg pads.

The 9.57 ac lot has the well so go on up the road and this lot is on both sides

of the road. Good bldg pads on either side with views.

The well is on the left side = east side.

Well production is unknown and a neighbor is using this well until we sell the lot.
